Extension 1 is for medical emergencies and urgent issues/questions.
Extension 2 is to schedule an appointment, inquiries, & accounting or billing inquiries.

4. We accept appointment requests via phone call or through email. Appointment requests may be sent via text message, but please note that text messages are only monitored intermittently during business hours.

5. Canceling & re-scheduling appointments within 24 hours of scheduled appointments are subject to related fees at GBE’s discretion.
6. We are available for emergencies 24/7. For emergencies you must CALL us.
Great Bay Equine often shares on-call emergency coverage with other local, trusted practices in the area. Instructions for reaching the doctor on call will be included in the answering message of the emergency line.
Please note that phone calls, text messages and emails intended for the doctor on call, will not be automatically forwarded to that doctor if they belong to a different practice. If you need to contact the emergency veterinarian regarding a current or ongoing medical condition, please contact them at the number they give you.
Great Bay Equine Privacy Policy
When you set up a client account with Great Bay Equine we collect the following information: Your name, email address, phone number, mailing address and payment information.
Your information is used to process transactions, communicate with you about your account or horse’s medical information and to send you updated appointment confirmations and estimated time of arrivals.
Your information is not shared with anyone outside of Great Bay Equine.
SMS/Text messaging consent is not shared with third parties.
